DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we'll gladly accept it for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Please follow the instructions on the return paperwork included in your package and return your items within 30 days (counted from your order date to the postmark date on your return). Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.  Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for return, and any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported to Humble Chic customer service within 7 days of being received. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Email customerservice@humblechic.com to receive your return authorization number.  You will receive a return authorization number via email within 24 business hours.  

2.  Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise in our reusable mailer or any shipping box.  Cover or remove original mailing address labels and write your RA# number on the outside of your return package. Return item(s) per the instructions in your return authorization email.

4.  If you received a free gift with purchase, please include this in your return. If you prefer to keep the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the item from your refund.

EXPRESS EXCHANGES

FREE OUTBOUND GROUND SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC EXCHANGE ORDERS OF THE SAME ITEM*

Many of our items sell out quickly so if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer express exchanges with free outbound ground shipping.  Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange and we'll waive the outbound shipping fee. 

EXPRESS EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Place a new order online

2.     Email customerservice@humblechic.com for your RA# and include your old and new order numbers.

3.     Customer Care will note your account so that any outbound ground shipping fees applied will automatically be credited once we receive your return.

4.    Return your original item as per our standard return instructions and your account will be credited to your original method of payment when we receive your item.

*free outbound shipping on exchange orders is eligible for full-price items within the continental United States. Offer not available for international orders or items purchased with a discount or promotion code.
