DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we'll gladly accept it for return or exchange within the terms of our return policy. Please follow the instructions on the return paperwork included in your package and return your items within 30 days (counted from the ship date of your order to the postmark date on your return).

Terms: Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered, unworn, and with original tags attached to be eligible for return. Items that show signs of use are not eligible for return and will be returned to sender at the discretion of Humble Chic. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, and damaged or incorrect orders must be reported to Humble Chic within 7 days of receipt. Underwear and sale items indicated on the product page as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS:

1. Email customerservice@humblechic.com to receive your return authorization number and prepaid shipping label. Please specify the item(s) you would like to return.

2. Complete the return form included in your order and follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. Please note that we offer free return shipping for store credit returns and Express Exchanges, however a return processing charge of $7 will be deducted from refunds to original method of payment.

3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

FREE AND EASY EXPRESS EXCHANGES:

Many of our items sell out quickly so if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer express exchanges with FREE shipping both ways. Simply place a new order for the item you need to exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid label for your return and refund any outbound shipping charges on your new order once your return is processed.

3. Return your original item as per our standard return instructions and your account will be credited to your original method of payment when we receive your item, including outbound ground shipping fees on your exchange order.

Due to lengthy transit times and customs issues, at this time we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges from locations outside the Continental United States.
