Returns & Exchanges



At Humble Chic NY, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love every item that you receive, however, if something didn't work out or if you're not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange within the terms of our policy below. We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING/PROCESSING for store credit returns and exchanges, however, a return processing charge of $7 will be deducted from returns for a refund. This fee is applied once per return (not once per order). If you are returning multiple items from one order, avoid additional fees by returning them together.

Terms: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, counted from your order date to the postmark date on your return. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, unused, unaltered, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Underwear and sale items indicated on the product page as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate your simple return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click "Start a Return or Exchange" above

2. Enter your Order # and Email or Last Name

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, return reason, item condition, and your preferred method of reimbursement*

4. Review and click Submit

5. Your Return Request will be reviewed and answered within one (1) business day. Once you receive your return authorization number, please print the prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip with your shipment. Please note that we only accept returns that are shipped back to us with our prepaid labels, as these are trackable and insured, allowing us to take full responsibility if anything happens to your return in transit. 

*NOTE: If you received a free gift with purchase, please include it with your return if your remaining balance no longer meets the minimum required for the gift. If you prefer to keep the gift, please feel free to do so and the retail value will be deducted from your refund.

6) Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post refunds to your account.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported to Humble Chic within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item and its included package barcode(s) and packing slip(s). Either contact us via the form here, email us at, call us at 877-665-1692, or follow the instructions in the Returns section above and select Shipped Wrong Item or Damaged / Defective. We will take full responsibility for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) shipped, so your return and or replacement will not be charged any standard shipping and processing fees.


Many of our items sell out quickly so if you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer Express Exchanges with FREE ground shipping both ways. Simply place a new order for the item(s) you need to exchange and follow the instructions below to return your original item(s). We will provide you with a prepaid label for your return and refund any outbound ground shipping charges on your replacement order once your return is processed.

1. Place a new order online for your replacement item(s) with standard ground shipping.

2. Follow the instructions in the above "Returns" section and include your OLD and NEW order numbers on your request form.

3. Return your original item(s) as per our standard return instructions. We will credit your original method of payment when we receive your item, including outbound ground shipping fees on your new exchange order.


Due to lengthy transit times and customs issues, at this time we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges from locations outside the Continental United States.
